There are times when death is an inevitable topic that needs to broached with your patients. The desire for a "good death" can give patients a sense of control and strengthen relationships with loved ones. This lecture will go into the importance of incorporating this into the oncology practice.
Learning Outcomes:
1. Identify end of life & palliative care resources around the state.
2. Identify medical & surgical palliative care interventions.
3. Identify the benefits of palliative care intervention throughout the trajectory of cancer care.
