Dr. Stuart Gold, Chief of Staff of the UNC Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Division will discuss the important principles to understanding childhood cancer including the different types of pediatric cancer, pediatric oncology cooperative groups, ALL advances and the significant role that cytogenetics plays in ALL.
